Recommended application of MaxAdd PA
1. Load 20kgs dry weight of gloves or finger cots to the tumbler, rinse with water and tumbled to remove excess powder.
2. Dilute 2.0 – 3.0kgs MaxAdd PA with water in the ratio of 1:1.
3. Add 4.0 – 6.0kgs diluted MaxAdd PA to the tumbler from the top. Start tumbling and complete drying.
4. The gloves or finger cots are tumbled dry in the dryer for 1 – 1.5 hours at 70 – 80oC.
Note: For every 20kgs dry weight of rubber gloves or finger cots, recommended levels of MaxAdd PA are 2 – 3kgs.
