Description

MaxSi SF is designed for the coating onto NBR gloves. The online formulated silicone-free coating allows glove manufacturers to produce powder-free gloves on-line by using lower ppm chlorine levels. MaxSi SF can be applied directly on-line after the chlorination process to improve the smoothness of the gloves at a lower chlorine ppm.

Recommended application of MaxSi SF

Use 0.05% – 0.20% (w/w) after the on-line chlorination process. The solution should be applied after rinsing process and allow to dry properly before stripping the gloves.

Storage Condition

MaxSi SF must be stored in closed containers in a cool dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight. These products should be stirred prior to use.
