Description

MaxAdd AC02 is an additive designed to enhance the performance of an acid cleaner. It is a special blend of surfactants and penetrants aids that can effectively clean metallic stearate-based mould release agent from ceramic formers.

Recommended application of MaxAdd AC02 in acid tank

Concentration : 0.5% – 1.5%
Temperature : 45 – 55 oC
Immersion Time : 5 – 10 sec

Preparation Procedure for 0.5% MaxAdd AC02 in Acid Tank (1000 kg capacity)

For 1000kg of acid solution in acid tank, add 5kg of MaxAdd AC02 and ensure that the mixture is homogeneous
If fresh water or acid solution was to be replenished hourly, calculate the amount of MaxAdd AC02 required for the hourly top-up such that MaxAdd AC02 concentration in acid tank is maintained at 0.5% overall.
