Application : NBR Glove & NR Glove

Description

MaxSi 09 is designed for the offline coating onto NBR gloves. The formulated silicone coating allows glove manufacturers to produce powder-free gloves off-line by using lower ppm chlorine levels. MaxSi 09 applied after the chlorination process to improve the smoothness of the gloves at a lower chlorine ppm.

Recommended application of MaxSi 09

Use 0.05% – 0.2% (w/w) after the on-line chlorination process. The solution should be applied after rinsing process and allow to dry properly before stripping the gloves.

Storage Condition

MaxSi 09 must be stored in closed containers in a cool dry place and away from direct heat and sunlight. These products should be stirred prior to use.
