Note : To avoid bacterial growth in MaxSilk ASF02 Polymer Coating Solution, it is advisable to add in 0.1-0.2% of MaxCide.
Recommended application of MaxSilk ASF02 in polymer dipping tank
Concentration : 2.0% – 3.5%
Temperature : 26 – 34 oC
Immersion Time : 5 – 10 sec

Preparation Procedure for MaxSilk ASF02 Polymer Coating Solution
- Fill required amount of water into mixing tank and turn ON stirrer.
- Add required amount of MaxSilk ASF02 into mixing tank.
- Adjust mixture to pH >9.0 with ammonia.
- Add in biocide if needed.
- Stir mixture until homogenous. (> 12 hours)
- Read SDS carefully prior to use.
- Mix well before use
